Payments made on Kokan Matrimony are for membership activation and premium services related to matrimonial matchmaking.
Membership plans (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Once your payment is successfully processed, your services will be activated immediately or within 24 hours in case of technical delays.
All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).
Any applicable GST or transaction fees will be mentioned at the time of checkout.
We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

If your payment is deducted but the service is not activated, please get in touch with our support team with your transaction ID.
Such issues are usually resolved within 48 hours.
